For the first time, we are presenting the VOICES Awards to teams that are making a real difference through their collaboration in communications, HR, and IT. Whether it's a powerful campaign, a digital tool, or a new cultural initiative: we celebrate projects that reach, connect, and inspire employees.

Award winners will receive a custom VOICES APAC trophy to display in their office and the opportunity to showcase their success story to a community of practitioners in the region.

Strategy: Clear goals and a defined timeline for the rollout.

Creative Execution: Use of "teaser" campaigns, launch events, or unique branding to build hype.

Feedback: Qualitative evidence (quotes or surveys) showing how employees felt about the new tool.
MOST CREATIVE CAMPAIGN
Celebrating a one-off or recurring campaign that broke through the noise.
Concept: A unique "hook" or theme that stands out from standard corporate comms.

Multi-Channel Approach: Effective use of video, imagery, push notifications, or interactive elements.

Engagement: High interaction rates (likes, comments, shares, or clicks).

Originality: How this campaign pushed the boundaries of traditional internal messaging.
EXCELLENCE IN FRONTLINE EX
Honoring organisations that have successfully bridged the gap to non-desk workers.
Accessibility: Evidence of how the app solved a specific "reach" problem for frontline staff.

Utility: Highlighting a specific use case that makes work easier (e.g., digital forms, shift updates, or safety alerts).

Inclusion: How the app has fostered a sense of belonging for workers who don't have a corporate email.

COMMUNICATOR OF THE YEAR!
An individual award for a practitioner who has gone above and beyond.
Leadership:: How they have influenced stakeholders or executives to prioritise internal comms.

Innovation:A specific project or process they pioneered that changed how the organisation communicates.

Resilience: How they navigated a crisis or major change with transparency and empathy.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

  • Purpose & Relevance: Is the project meaningful, clearly defined, and addressing a real problem?(0–10 pts)
  • Strategy & Concept: Was the approach strategically sound, well-structured, and innovative? (0–10 pts)
  • Execution & Creativity: How professionally, creatively, or technically outstanding was the project delivered? (0–10 pts)
  • Reach & Engagement: Did the project actually reach and activate its target audience (e.g., app logins, views, etc.)? (0–10 pts)
  • Impact & Results: Are there measurable outcomes (KPIs, feedback, change achieved)? (0–10 pts)
  • Scalability & Transferability: Does the project set an example — can it serve as inspiration for others? (0–10 pts)
