Workshop: How to build a culture of inclusivity through the power of trust
In this session, Advita will unravel the significance of trust, illuminating its transformative impact on building connections and promoting collaboration. You will discover the key elements of the trust equation and unlock the secrets to cultivating trust among individuals and teams.. Advita will also share what communication trust pitfalls to avoid and equip you with valuable insights on how to address them effectively. By doing so, you will feel confident in how you can create a safe and inclusive space where every voice is heard and valued. There will be some thought-provoking discussions which will challenge your understanding of trust and its vital role in fostering inclusivity. You will leave this workshop with practical strategies and actionable steps helping to lead the way towards a culture where everyone feels a true sense of inclusion.
Workshop: How to use inclusive language to create an inclusive culture
This session covers topics such as; how do you reflect / change the culture of your organisation in the language you use? How can you make sure the language you’re using is inclusive? How do you make this consistent and routine? How can you use language to influence employees, such as on change journeys? How do you make sure all communicators in the business (including middle managers and C-Suite) are using your company tone of voice? And much more… The session will be run by our Customer Marketing Manager, Lauren Burgess.
Customer Experience: Kate Bowyer, Access Group
In this session you'll hear from our Kate Bowyer, Employee Communications & Engagement Business Partner at Access Group, who will share insights into the challenges the communications team faced and why an Employee App was a solution for them, the steps they took to launching it and the success' to date. Is there a cost to join Comms Club?
There is no cost to join.
Can I register for more than one location?
Yes! If you would like to join us at multiple locations, simply fill out a new form for each city.
Can I attend virtually or will recordings be made available after?
No, all sessions will be in-person only and will not be recorded. We look forward to seeing you in your local city and hope you can join us!
What COVID-related protocols will be in place?
Comms Club will adhere to any and all locally mandated COVID protocols. In line with current rules, attendees will not be required to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test at any event. Masks will be optional.
