For our May update, we’ve focused on a fundamental revamp of user onboarding and user management. In addition, we have rolled out two features that have already proven themselves in beta testing: Spaces and the sharing of articles in social networks, both of which are now available to all customers in optimized form. Staffbase is proud to introduce Spaces, a new feature in our employee app that lets companies delegate content management to different sites, locations, and departments. Spaces connects employees or groups of people with targeted information that is specific to their location, project, or use case, while simultaneously connecting them with company-wide content.
Staffbase is starting the 2018 app year with a huge update that brings many helpful improvements: with Spaces you can delegate content management for your sites or departments, new features in Forms allow you to move more processes into the app, and you can now combine SSO login with other login methods. Additionally, two popular features—chat and video uploading—both received numerous refinements.
